Product information
Zoo Med Reptile Care Terrarium Timer is a convenient electrical timer designed to help automate lighting schedules for reptile terrariums. It allows reptile owners to organise daily lighting periods, helping maintain a consistent day-and-night cycle within suitable animal habitats.
Automated Lighting Schedules
Maintaining a regular lighting schedule is an important part of reptile husbandry. This timer helps automate connected lighting equipment, reducing the need to manually switch lights on and off every day.
Supports Consistent Day and Night Cycles
Many reptiles benefit from predictable light and dark periods that reflect their natural environmental rhythms. The Zoo Med Reptile Care Terrarium Timer can help establish a consistent daily schedule for compatible lighting equipment.
Convenient Terrarium Management
Automating lighting makes everyday enclosure management easier, particularly for keepers maintaining multiple terrariums. Once configured, the timer helps manage connected equipment according to the selected schedule.
Suitable for Reptile Lighting Equipment
The timer can be incorporated into compatible terrarium lighting arrangements. Always check the electrical rating, supported equipment, and manufacturer's instructions before connecting heat lamps, UVB fixtures, or other devices.
A Practical Addition to Reptile Supplies
Whether you maintain a single reptile enclosure or several terrariums, the Zoo Med Reptile Care Terrarium Timer offers a convenient way to organise lighting schedules. It complements other habitat equipment used to maintain a consistent and properly managed enclosure environment.
